An architecturally barrier-free, full-service lending library, which includes comfortable reading rooms, large circulating collections of special format materials, audio playback equipment for listening to recorded books and magazines, and a variety of other electronic reading aids. This library also operates an extensive mailing program that delivers thousands of recorded and braille books a day via postage-free mail, as part of a federal program established by the Library of Congress.
